And don't forget about our signature sauce!

We at Jimma's BBQ maintain that the pig is the quintessential Southern BBQ creature, and that the ribs offer more enjoyment in preparation and consumption than any other part.  Though we occassionally go against our better judgement and try vinegar based or mustard based sauces.  We always come around to the assertion that the best BBQ sauce for ribs is the medium thick, sweet, slightly smoky and slightly spicy sauce, that Jimma's signature sauce is known for.  Perhaps it's because our sauce seems to cover all the bases of sweet, sour, and spicy and it leans toward sweet, which is the natural taste found on most good, smoked ribs.

Although made here in Michigan, this is a sweet tomato based sauce that boosts all natural ingredients, with no preservatives and is gluten free.  With ingredients like apple cider vinegar, mustard, pure cane sugar, and honey, you get the best of several styles.  It has a nice blend of styles which is hard to find in a single barbecue sauce.  But Jimma's BBq sauce has it all!
