Jimma's makes ordering easy with our meal combination selections or we can completely customize your menu for your exact needs. We offer a full menu of Roasted Turkey, Smoked Chicken Breast, Baked Ham, Texas Brisket, BBQ Chicken & Ribs, Pulled Meats, Hot Link sausage and homemade sides that are sure to please your palate. We use only the finest meat from local vendors.
Our professional staff will work to serve you in all capacities whether your group is 25 or 500, it does not matter. We will give you our best individual effort and support to meet the needs of your event.

TYPES OF SERVICE
FULL SERVICE BUFFET
Staffing requirement will vary according to group size and party involvement. We will serve for one full hour with two servers for groups up to 100 at no additional charges. If any additional staff is required or additional time is needed you will be charged $25.00 per for each server.
A $800 minimum order is required and a 18% service fee will be included (this includes gratuity for Pitmaster, deliver of smoker, set-up of food, and all serving utensils, napkins and plates).
SET-UP & GO
This catering service is available for groups of 25 and up. We will deliver your food to your locations in aluminum disposable containers along with serviceware. We will arrive just prior to your event, set-up your buffet and depart. You can feel confident whey your buffet starts your food will be hot and ready for your quest to serve themselves.
A $500 minimum order is required and a 15% service free will be included with every drop off catering order (this includes gratuity for driver, set-up of food, disposable trays and all serving utensils, napkins and plates).
DROP-OFF & GO
This option is the most economical and does not require staffing. This catering service is available for large and small groups and parties ranging from 15-25 people. Food is delivered hot and ready to eat in disposable aluminum pans. There is a 10% delivery fee.
BY THE POUND
If our packages do not fit your needs you can always order Jimma’s BBQ meats by the pound. For meat portions, we usually figure one pound of meat for every three people depending on the appetites of your group. There is a 10% delivery fee.
