Here at Jimma's BBQ Mobile Catering, we cook on a competition level barbecue smoker/cooker called the Lang 84 Twin Deluxe. It makes food taste more distinct and gives it a true barbecue flavor more than anywhere else in the Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor area. Our meats are not cooked with charcoal, so it does not have a charcoal taste or pellet flavor. What we have here is an authentic wood smoked barbecue taste that is cooked low and slow for long hours.
